The Care Quality Commission (CQC) recently carried out a focused follow-up inspection on 7 March 2018. The CQC were satisfied that we complied with the condition imposed by the CQC and that we had produced and acted upon detailed action plans.
As a result, the CQC be issuing a Notice of Proposal to remove the urgent condition in place since the last inspection. This will soon allow our patients to access the recently built extension, which includes a multi-faith prayer room, a new consultation and treatment room.

Our practice continues to work hard on improving the issues outlined from the original inspection in September 2017. Any feedback from patients can be discussed with our Practice Manager, Rahela Parveen.
