School vaccination and immunisation campaign

The Bradford School Immunisation team promotes and delivers immunisations in schools, community health centres and via home visits if needed.

Your child’s school will send you a link to complete an electronic consent form for their routine immunisations. You must give your consent to make sure your child is protected against preventable infectious diseases.
